We spent the night here with family before our Alaska cruise. Very nice hotel and staff. My fiancé and I ate lunch here. Our lunch was excellent. Very nice stay and close to everything. Very walkable location. All hotel staff was very nice. Our room was excellent as well.

Great location book a water view

This hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. It’s a 1/2+ mile walk to Pikes Market. No coffee maker or frig for personal use. The beds are comfy except the huge comforter kept falling off because it was slippery. We were upgraded to a water view room on the 31st floor. Definitely worth it to have a high floor view since there are so many buildings. The room was a good size and the view was a welcomed sight every morning and night. Parking is expensive $55 self, $65 valet. Restaurants and bar downstairs. Concierge Ted was extremely helpful. We had a destination package that included a $25 food and beverage credit, a $10 Uber credit, a harbor cruise for 2, bike rental, yoga class, high speed internet. It was a great little perk!

Great hotel for a work trip!

Stayed here for a work trip and was really pleased with my stay. Room was serviced every day and to a high standard. Rooms are a bit dated but very well maintained. Nice hotel! Great view and perfectly situated! Try and get a high floor if possible.

Hotel not prepared for large events

Hotel was not prepared for the number of guests as well as having a dance convention. Numerous issues arose due to the number of guests at the hotel. We were on the 34th floor and had to wait for elevator twice for 30 minutes to get to room or to lobby, there was no parking available, hotel restaurants were understaffed. Lesson learned before booking ask if hotel is hosting any type of convention. Reason for booking this hotel was convenience to downtown locations, but would just take a ride share next time.

We stayed 3 nights to attend a wedding. Easy to get to from the airport via the Link light rail which had a station a block from the hotel. Check-in went fairly smooth with no issues. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location was perfect and within walking distance of the Needle and Pikes Place. We felt safe everywhere we walked. We would stay there again.
